Alpha Female or Alpha Bitch?

An Alpha Female is not the same thing as an Alpha Bitch.

Even if you know that you are an Alpha Female, you can’t act like you’re all that. I made a terrible mistake when I started honing in on my Alpha-ness by being brash and bitchy rather than fun and self-assured. There is a fine line between Alpha Female and Alpha Female "Bitch".

One need not be bitchy to pull off the Alpha Female mystique. It’s all about letting what’s already inside of you shine!

You are already confident; you just have to let go of self-doubt.

You can do anything; just let go of self-imposed limitations...

You are strong because you’re fueled with a healthy love for yourself… just release your feelings of fear.

A bitchy female is one who goes out of her way to show her power. She doesn’t just let it radiate from her quietly… the Bitch is pushy, demanding, and mean.

Alpha Females are:

1. Fun! Everyone wants to be around them because of their great sense of humor and laid-back style. They don’t seem fazed by petty annoyances like most women. They like to have a good time and they help others have a good time as well. They provide entertainment value.

2. Witty, not mean. An Alpha Female is able to tell a joke as well as take one. Though she never puts herself down, she is able to laugh at her quirks and flaws. She can also give it back to whoever is dishing it in a way that is both clever and sassy.

3. Sure of herself, not arrogant. Confidence is sometimes perceived as arrogance. It just happens that way. The thing about Alpha Females is that their confidence is displayed in their mannerisms and clarity of mind. The Alpha Female is not demanding of attention… she simply commands it. She has no problem stepping out of or sharing the spotlight. She loves other people because she loves herself.

An Alpha Bitch, on the other hand, is not fun. No one wants to be around Ms. Alpha Bitch, but just like the air you breathe, she's always around you. The loud girl talking on her cell phone in the store. The brash woman yelling at the bartender. That lady that flipped you the bird in her car when you clearly had the right of way. Being assertive is completely different than being aggressive.

She could be the most gorgeous girl ever, but if she can’t smile and laugh and have a great time, she will find herself lonely. This makes her act out.

She either hasn’t taken time to heal her past, or she clings like a vine to her own insecurities. Either way, she is an emotional vacuum for unhappy feelings and negative thoughts. Very unattractive and the opposite of Alpha Seduction.

Beneath the loud, bold, outer shell, the Alpha Bitch is usually pretty dumb, too. She makes up for their dumbness by mindlessly talking about ex-boyfriends, girls she thinks are bitches, celebrity couples, and other retarded topics.

The Alpha Bitch loves drama and what she think passes for clever conversation, turns out to be just a long stream of BS. She cannot take a joke, that is, if she even ‘gets’ the joke. She is high-strung and insecure. Though she may have the 'look' of an Alpha Female, Ms. Alpha Bitch doesn’t get to pull Alpha Males. Bitches get jerks because like attracts like.

Ditch the "Bitch" and be the Alpha Female you already are.
