The Alpha Female is clearly the "IT" girl.
Every woman has an Alpha inside, some are just better at showing it. The first Alpha Woman that comes to my mind is Oprah Winfrey. What an amazing chick, right? But my gosh, there are so many others! There is such a long list of awesome women to admire. All of them display attractive female behavior and ALL of them are damn good at being true to themselves!

Smile with your eyes, mouth and your entire being. Radiate that Goddess within.
- Dance
Dance when no one is watching; dance when everyone is watching. Dance in the rain, dance in the sun. Enjoy your body and the way it moves.
Be Comfortable With You!
- Introduce yourself proudly. Be who you are and express it in every one of your interactions. LOVE YOU!
- Stand tall. Head up, shoulders back. Move with grace and have a presence. Walk with confidence. Take care of your body. Work out, eat right.
- Express your unique "I": be it in your dress, your voice, or your way of looking at the world. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. Always look and feel your best.
Be Feminine, Yet Slightly Masculine
- What's your defining masculine trait? Sports? Logic? Games? Sex? Whatever it is, find it, and express it. We all have a little of the other inside... that 'other' makes up a part of our mystique that is absolutely irresistible.
- Smell good. Have a killer sexual scent.
- Show your intelligence.
Think, learn, think, and then learn and think some more. Then laugh about how little you actually know. Take no one (not even yourself) too seriously. Smarts + Sense of Humor = Sexy
Love Yourself
The greatest thing about the Alpha Female is that she truly loves herself. She is in touch with who she is so that makes it easy for her to share love with others. She has the courage of her convictions, the passion of all the women who went before her, the sex appeal of a muse or mermaid, and the self-awareness of a Buddha. She is perfection personified.
